Kaya, a 78-unit apartment development, sits between Maple Canyon and Olive Street Park in San Diego’s Uptown District with walkable access to Balboa Park, the Gaslamp District, Little Italy and Hillcrest neighborhoods.
The Rose project reclaims landfill to create a state-of-the art gaming facility in Dumfries VA. The gaming resort will feature a hotel with up to 305 rooms, eight restaurants, a 1,500-foot conference and meeting space, a cultural events center and 50,00 square feet of gaming space.
CAST Development’s Golden Hill project is an urban infill situated in one of the highest spots in the neighborhood with sweeping views of the bay and Coronado. The beautiful, glass clad, contemporary structure will bring 112-units and mixed use space to this vibrant urban community.
KOVA is engaged with Ryan Companies to provide glazing for amenity spaces and residential units within the impressive 321 West tower in downtown Austin. At 675 feet tall with 140,000 square feet of office space beneath 370 apartments, the 58-floor structure beautifully designed by the architects at Page and Handel Architects will be developed in the prime downtown environment.
Second State Apartments is a multifamily development in the heart of the Clearfield City economic center surrounded by downtown living. The modern urban style building features 116 apartments, many with balcony views of the beautiful Wasatch Mountain range.
