One Camelback
KOVA is engaged in a repeat scope to develop community spaces within the stunning One Camelback building in downtown Phoenix, AZ. One Camelback is a beautiful adaptive reuse project that turned a 1980’s concrete block office building into 163 luxury units clad in glass with panoramic views of Camelback mountain and downtown Phoenix. KOVA is partnering with Sagamore Capital to create co-working, fitness, parking and social spaces within One Camelback. This project was designed by Erwin Architecture and is managed by Stellar Residential.
